Select the ticket(s) that best fit the size of your group.
If your group is 18 people, simply select:
1 Ticket for 15 spots+ 1 Ticket for 3 spots = 18
Additional spots and corresponding registration fees can be added later when the group profile has been created on our dedicated volunteer fundraising site. So, if you are not sure of the exact number select the range that fits what you expect to bring.
As a Group Leader you shall pay the Registration Deposit for your whole group (yes, there can be a “group of one” ).
Registration Deposits are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you need 8 spots, you must select 1 ticket for 5 spots and 1 ticket for 3 spots - you can not select 2 tickets of the same value (4 spots).
$100 per person Registration Deposit will reserve your spots for the selected dates. Once payment is made we will contact you with the details of the trip, payment options and, if needed, create a fundraising campaign for you.
Full Trip cost (includes $100 registration deposit):
This Week is a Tier 1 Week
October 15, 2019 - payments due in full for discounts. The cost of all spots not paid in full for all weeks will increase $75. Therefore, on and after October 15 Tier 1 - Weeks 1,7, 8 will be $575; Tier 2 - Week 2 will be $650; Tier 3 - Weeks 3, 4, 5, 6 will be $725.
March 1, 2020 - Full Payment Deadline - Project Mexico will cancel all spots that are not paid in full by March 1 so that we can plan and schedule the number of houses to be built in the summer of 2020. If a volunteer still wants to come in 2020, then they will need to pay in full at the time they re-registering after March 1 in order to secure a spot.
Any fundraising done for 2020 trips that are cancelled can be applied to volunteer fees for trips in 2021 but will not be refunded to the volunteer.
Please remember that we count on volunteers to follow through on their commitments to build homes and raise funds. During the winter, we find families in need and then plan to build a house for them in the summer. Volunteers that sign up for a trip but then cancel adversely impact our ability to follow through on our promises to these families.
